IMMEDIATELY. Once you have rented and paid for your storage unit, you will have immediate access and be able to move in at once.

Anytime. During normal business hours feel free to stop by our office located at 3922 Bell Road in Newburgh. We will be happy to assist you in renting a unit.

You can also rent a storage unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

10 days before the end of the month. You can simply call our office at (812) 853-2500.

No. All contracts are month-to-month. The first month is prorated, the last month is NOT prorated. If you rent a storage unit after the 20th of the current month, the next month’s rent is due at that time, as well as the security deposit.

After initially renting a storage unit, all rent is due on the 1st of the month with a 7 day grace period. A $10 late fee will be assessed on the 8th of the month.

A U.S. government issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, state issued ID, U.S. passport or other government issued photo ID.

You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website.

You can also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card on a monthly basis. The automatic payments are processed on the first business day of the month.
